Claflin Equipment International Policy Claflin Equipment is proud to be able to supply medical facilities and practitioners all over the globe with the quality medical equipment they require. To date we have shipped to more than 100 countries and have found great pleasure in doing so. To further our international efforts we have set up an international shipping department internally to field all export questions. We look forward to assisting you in all your medical equipment needs.
We here at Claflin Equipment have a few requirements when inquiring or placing international orders.
All international inquiries must contain the following:
- Specific product numbers; not categories. Example: CESS-XXXX-00
- Specific quantities of the product numbers.
- All international inquiries must supply their full shipping addresses and postal codes (when applicable).
- All inquiries must contain contact information I.E. phone, email, fax, etc.
Once this information is received by our International Shipping Department we diligently begin working on your international freight quote. Once the freight has been determined you will be notified.
International Payment and Ordering International orders must be paid via Bank wire Transfers only. After your international shipping charges have been assessed and agreed upon we will supply you with the banking information necessary to perform a full wire transfer.
Shipping of your goods will occur once the funds have been received via the wire transfer. A confirmation of your order can be faxed or emailed per your request.
