The Target Posterior Adjustable Sleeve (TPAS) combines the best features of many knee supports into one unit.  It offers the convenient application of a sleeve below the knee with the benefits of an adjustable wrap above the knee.  The wrap portion closes posteriorly around the thigh where most sizing problems occur, making it ideal for the hard-to-fit patient.  The TPAS features spiral stays for mild medial/lateral support and prevention of rollover and a unique Cor-Trak buttress for comfortable patella stabilization.  The Cor-Trak buttress has contoured edges to assist in patella tracking and a skin-like finish for maximum purchase against the skin.  The TPAS is manufactured from 3/16” premium grade neoprene and is 100% latex free.
