We have a local hospital that purchased these new less than a year ago. They have never been used and now the hospital has decided not to use them and has been unable to return them to the manufacturer. The 31 CAPS devices are the basic LifeCare PCA device with neither the MedNet firmware, nor the wireless upgrade. The integrated barcode reader is fully functional with Hospira pre-filled vials of Morphine (1:1 & 5:1) and Meperidine.
