DeVilbiss Five Liter Concentrator

The DeVilbiss® Five Liter Concentrator is designed to be reliable, quiet, energy efficient and lightweight.

• Lighter: 50 pounds – the reduction of 2 pounds from the previous 515 means easier transport and handling.
• Quieter: reduction in sound level means most people should notice a clear improvement in noise; now 48 dBa (as measured per ISO 3744 in the 515ADZ).
• Cooler Running: 10 – 15% cooler around the compressor, due to improved air flow, means longer compressor life.
• 515ADS (with oxygen sensor) – below 2 ½ LPM flow, the system automatically “turns down” its cycle resulting in (compared to the 515DS): 35% reduction in system pressure, reducing stress on compressor bearings and internal fittings; Lower temperature – the lower heat of compression means longer cup seal life; Improved energy efficiency – at least 15% power reduction can save patients $45 to $60/year in electricity costs (at $0.09/kWH, used 24 hours/day).
• Improved Reliability: Five year bumper-to-bumper warranty is now standard.

• A fixed, recessed humidifier port is very convenient and helps prevent humidifier bottle and connection breakage.
• The pressure compensated flow meter permits use of a long cannula while maintaining an accurate flow setting. The flow meter knob can also be locked for added patient safety.
