PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventive maintenance is a long term money saving concept that Claflin Equipment can help you with.  Let our 4 Certified
Bio-Medical Technicians service and inspect your equipment and prevent unwanted equipment failure in the future.

CLAFLIN EQUIPMENT SERVICE PROCEDURES
• Items are thoroughly washed utilizing a hot water power washer with disinfectant cleaner. Items are then rinsed and dried. Note: When it’s not possible to use the washer, items will be hand cleaned and dried in their location of use.

• Items are inspected and adjusted for proper operation and safety. Any minor parts which are missing or defective will be replaced immediately. Any item requiring major repairs are labeled with a defective tag and facility contact is notified with all the repair information.

• Items are labeled with a bar/numerically coded control number. All items are also labeled with an inspection sticker indicating when service was performed and a due date if applicable.

• Equipment data (type, make, model, serial #, control #) is entered into an Excel database for inventory tracking purposes.
